Preparation: Stainless steel sheet will be cut based on required size and thickness after being calculated by technicists and this selected stainless steel sheet will be prepared before production.

Welding: All kinds of rectangular curved stainless steel sheets are welded one by one into a sphere or a corner.

Stamping: In another machine with custom made molds, these round sheets will be stamped into hemispheres

Welding & polishing: A hemisphere will be welded into a sphere and polished for several time carefully in this procedure. A hemisphere will be handled manually.

Pumping: On one end of this sphere, there is a hole where gallons of water flow into. Turning it into a sphere slowly and gradually.

Polishing: This sphere will be polished and handled carefully by using different polishing wheels.

Air Shipment—Door to Airport
For medium and urgent orders, bulk air shipping is available. You can have your forwarder to help you collect the goods at your airport. The price caused by air shipment is much better than by express and the delivery time is usually around 4 days to your local airport.

By Sea—Warehouse to Seaport
