Cutting raw material: The sheet will be cut based on your required size and thickness after calculating by our technicist, which is the reason why your specifications about diameter, thickness and specific material are needed for the stainless steel sphere.

Welding: It is a very precise procedure. Our professional welder will weld the rudiment stainless steel sphere by TIG. A good welding seam is vital for the roundness and against the large hydraulic pressuring.

Hydraulic/Water Pressuring： Water pressure is needed to form the final metal hollow sphere.

Surface Polishing Treatment: Polishing the welding seam after forming the entire sphere. There are three steps to the surface treatment: rough polishing ,fine polishing,mirror polishing.

Packing: To ensure the safety delivery,our large steel spheres will be packed with air bubble film. Then it will be packed with plywood crate.

Air Shipment—Door to Airport
